i heart making characters self aware

originally when i first created her, i had no idea what her main story was or even if she would have a story at all. i just knew that she was a little self aware puppet haunted by the horrors of that self awareness. a little blorbo just for me
HOWEVER. when the welcome home 2025 march update came out i got a complete brain blast on what to do with her. so now i Know. yayyyy thank you welcome home. everybody say thank you welcome home.

her current background is that shes supposed to be a puppet for an in-universe cartoon/puppet show- shes apart of a 'main group' which are the main characters of the show, with bollyde (the star cat) being the 'main character'. they just hang out with each other and do regular cartoon show things. like learn basic morals or whatever (said from a girl who hasnt watched a cartoon show in ages)

(i had so much fun designing cyrus because i had the brilliant idea that i could give him different outfits based on different types of weather so now he has like 10 different alt outfits lol)

then ummmmm one night she. wakes up. in the actual studio of the cartoon. obviously she doesnt Know shes in a studio (because its pitch dark and theres no lights girly cant SEE ANYTHING!!!) but its a very scary experience for her. she 'falls back asleep' and wakes up back in 'reality' but she genuinely cant stop thinking about it. and it kind of makes her realize some... cracks. in reality.
..this eventually snowballs into her completely breaking her own illusion of her reality and trying to (indirectly, accidentally) kill her own puppeteer <3
